To make VeloPIM fit your workflow even better, we've added user-specific table settings to the system. In the Global settings You can now make individual adjustments to the handling and viewing of the tables:
In order to make working with annotations in VeloPIM even more efficient for you, we have made extensive adjustments to the display and handling:
The Filter and sort selection was not only visually redesigned, but also expanded to include additional options that offer more scope for different applications:
Thanks to new functions and a redesigned interface, it is now even easier for you to keep track of your assets in media management.
In media management, you can now see directly which and how many data sets an asset is linked to. This allows you to immediately see whether an asset is being used correctly and which records are affected when you edit it.
Adding new records to the TableView is now even easier: Instead of scrolling to the end of the table, you can now easily click on an additional Button in the menu bar. Another new feature is the dynamic display of active data records, which is automatically updated when filtering.
In the editing mask for columns, you can now store individual attributes. These serve as meta information for the respective column and can be used by various services in the PIM system, such as the ExportCenter.
The initial definition and creation of the attributes is carried out together with your Campudus contact person. As soon as the attributes have been created, you can flexibly assign them to the desired columns at any time.
Use Case: Product catalog
With VeloPIM, item catalogs can be automatically generated from the data maintained in the PIM system. The attributes can be used, for example, to control which columns should be included in the export.
Example:
The following attribute is used to specify that the Awards column is not output when exporting the catalog.
